1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of The Painted Lady Tattoo Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Services

The Painted Lady Tattoo Studio provides tattoo services, including but not limited to:

  • Consultation and design services
  • Tattoo application
  • Touch-up services (within specified timeframes)
  • Aftercare guidance

3. Appointments & Cancellations

When booking an appointment:

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice
  • No-shows forfeit their deposit
  • Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice

4. Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. We are required by law to verify age and will request valid photo ID at the time of your appointment. No exceptions can be made.

5. Health & Safety

Clients must inform us of any:

  • Blood-borne diseases (HIV, Hepatitis B/C)
  • Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis)
  • Allergies to inks, latex, or adhesives
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Medical conditions that may affect healing

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not safe to proceed.

6. Intellectual Property

All tattoo designs created by our artists are original works. Once completed and paid for, the client owns the physical tattoo. However, the artist retains the right to use images of the tattoo for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential for healing. Clients agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided. The studio is not responsible for poor healing, infection, or damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

8. Liability

The Painted Lady Tattoo Studio will not be liable for any injury, damage, or dissatisfaction resulting from services provided. Tattoos are permanent alterations to the body, and results may vary based on individual skin type, healing, and aftercare.
